Zusammenfassung:	<jats:p>Protein synthesizing particles from rat liver sedimented more slowly after incubation under protein synthesis conditions. This change paralleled the degree of leucine incorporation which is stimulated by added RNA. Both effects seemed to be specific.</jats:p>
