Zusammenfassung:
Foreign bodies in subglottis are rarely seen in children. Delayed or missed diagnosis could result in serious complications. We reported a case of an 11-year-old boy, who was found to have a large subglottic granuloma due to foreign body aspiration, presented with persistent wheezing. The combined use of flexible and rigid bronchoscopy were vital to the diagnosis and treatment in this case.
