The locations of the reconnection sites are then retrieved by tracing the modeled field lines by those distances. The controlling effects of the dipole tilt angle to the location of X lines or reconnection sites are investigated. Our results show that the Earth's dipole tilt angles strongly modify the location of X lines predicted by Cooling et al's model, which is thought to be the result of magnetopause reshaping due to finite dipole tilt angles. %Z https://www.katalog.fh-zwickau.de/Record/ai-49-aHR0cDovL2R4LmRvaS5vcmcvMTAuMTAwMi8yMDE1amEwMjA5ODk %U https://www.katalog.fh-zwickau.de/Record/ai-49-aHR0cDovL2R4LmRvaS5vcmcvMTAuMTAwMi8yMDE1amEwMjA5ODk
